Feedback from RoamEO Customers

"RoamEO was EXACTLY what we were looking for. With two acres of wooded and hilly yard
it's often hard to keep a line of sight on our dog and it would have been impractical and
expensive to put up a chain link or invisible fence...."

This is Sitka, a West Siberian Laika, hunting squirrels with your collar on. I really like your collar to keep up with this
dog. He can run really fast and be a mile away in no time flat. With your collar I have not lost him yet.

"We are very happy with the collars and have piece of mind when all 3 of our dogs are wearing the collars. Wish the batteries
would last longer than 4-5 hours. But we bought an extra collar to swap with them during the day if necessary."
Bill and Sue - South Carolina
"We recently bought a home on the beach in Cabo, and we have two Golden Retrievers. We spend some evenings on
the beach, sitting and talking around the fire. River and Meko like to come with us, and they both like to wander along the
beach and explore in the dark-particularly the adventurous Meko. We took our RoamEO system down to Cabo with us, and it gives
me peace of mind to just glance down at the screen to see where River and Meko both are when I can't immediately see them."
Marc P. - Colorado
"Your product works great! Our 48 year old California desert tortoise can tour his 3 acre pen and we can
find him when we need him.... I am impressed with the quality of your product and documentation and appreciate the effort
that has gone into it."

To Whom It May Concern,
I became concerned about the safety of the dogs assigned to my Canine Unit when I learned of two incidents in the South Jersey area in
which police canines were lost. I encouraged our Canine Unit to research a tracking device that would help ensure the security of our
dogs. Our Canine handlers chose the RoamEO Location System. This system utilizes GPS technology to display the location of the dog
and the officer by tracking the dog on a handheld unit. This allows us to identify the last location of the Canine.
The Canine Unit Officers and I appreciate the fact that the RoamEO Location System is portable, easy to read
both day and night, and its collar and transmitter is smaller than other models, thus, limiting interference while the canine is
working. The feature that permits us to program three (3) dogs into one handhelp unit allows us to expand a search pattern to a
greater distance. The system utilizes rechargeable batteries in both the handheld unit and the collar, these batteries can be
charged inside our vehicles.
I especially appreciate the feature of customizing a GPS Fence. Our Canine handlers kennel their dogs at their
residence, which affords added security for the dogs.
We tested the Unit by tracking through heavy brush, vehicle searches in tight situations and during inclement
weather. The Unit was also tested in dense wooded areas and city conditions, between tall buildings, to check for potential interferences
with the GPS Satellites. The Unit performed flawlessly. The transmitting collar did not interfere wtih the Canine's ability to perform
the job.
I highly recommend the RoamEO Location System to any law enforcement agency that has a Canine Unit.

Wow! What a great product! My husband and I were having a dilemma on what to do with our "wandering" or should I say "roaming"
golden retriever named "Reed". We contemplated different options like radio fencing and even a regular fence, but ruled them out. The radio
fencing made me a little nervous for various reasons. We have 20 acres and lots of trails with about 2 acres of lawn/grass and a second garage,
etc... so where do you start? Our two dogs follow us everywhere, so we did not want them confined to a certain area. I also am nervous about
radio fencing because they may not be able to get away from a predator if they needed to, which could be an issue where we live. We ruled
out a regular fence for aesthetic reasons and it just crushed me to tie the dogs up. The issue of the wandering was far and few between,
but there were times when we needed to get to work or an appt and we knew he was close, but just not coming when called!!! It is a new day
every five minutes for a golden retriever and they get easily distracted. Our issue is now totally solved! We were pretty sure he was not
going far and now we know for sure. It is so cool to watch the screen and see where he is. This product is really a brilliant idea!!
Believe it or not we are still one of the few people in the US that do not have cell phone coverage at our house, so one of the GPS systems
with the monthly subscription would not have worked for us, plus you have to pay a monthly fee. We just wanted to let you know how much we
like this device and how it fits us perfectly. We live in the Two Harbors area and were excited to hear they were made and repaired here.
We also sent a thank you to Andy B up here in TH for helping us! PS ~ I have been spreading the word.

"I think that your product is fantastic! I live around Nose Hill Park in Calgary which is seven hundred
hectres of land. I have four beagles and as there are many deer, coyotes and assorted other wildlife in the park, your
collars save me hours of walking, yelling their names and picking them up from strangers. The collars also help me to protect
my animals while allowing them the freedom to roam. I would consider us hard core users of the products, we use it every
day in beagle "extreme" circumstances - ie. not alot of dogs can get into as much trouble as fast as my beagles especially
when they have found a scent. Over all I think that your product was worth every penny and I think that it has definately
helped me to find my dogs quicker in a large area. It also gives me alot of piece of mind and if I can see that they are
heading back my direction it saves me a lot of walking and worrying time."
Beverly H. - Calgary
"Of course now that I bought RoamEO, my two juvenile delinquents have not tried to escape as much. We
have 100 acres and that wasn't good enough for them. Anyway, the device is still great and I know that if the roaming habits
resume, I have it handy. It is very easy to use. It holds its charge well."
Tracy K. - Nebraska
"The collars are great piece of mind. Our Great Pyrenes have not escaped their pasture sine we put the
collars on. I can tell where they are when I look at the home base. This type of dog is nocturnal so they bark and roam
all night. It's nice to look at the screen and know they are within their boundaries."
Cindy P. - Texas
"With regard to the performance of the unit, I have found it to work as advertised and has taken the worry
out of letting my dog out unattended at all times. No matter how many underground fences or other barriers I put up, when living
in the country there are certain triggers for an Irish Setter which drives him to chase deer, squirrels, and the
ever-interesting bunny rabbit. Now I know when he takes off and I have the means to find him with RoamEO."
"We have a Beagle named Chili, or Chilidog as we often refer to her. We live in a rural area of Wilmington,
North Carolina. As some of you may know, Beagles exist for 3 reasons; to eat, sleep, and chase rabbits. Our neighborhood is

very dog friendly and everyone seems to enjoy, if not appreciate, the morning and afternoon rabbit chases through their yards.
We initially had a tone & shock collar on Chili to control her movements. However, over time, the tone and eventually the shock
were no match for the overwhelming pleasure of chasing rabbits. We'd wait up to an hour for her return and worry that we
wouldn't be able to find her if something were to happen to her."
"Then one night, my husband and I were watching the Harrison Ford flick Firewall and were intrigued by the
GPS collar they had on their dog; which of course is how he ends up saving his family! The next day, I Googled GPS collars
and I found RoamEO. I preferred the handheld system vs. the computer locator since I could track Chili as we walked through
our neighborhood together. Although the RoamEO doesn't provide a way to "encourage" her return like the shock collar, since
I know where she is and where she's headed, I can intercept her rather than fruitlessly sending an electric current into her
throat. Most importantly though, I have peace of mind always knowing where she is, especially when out of sight. Recently,
after a year of hard use, the collar needed a repair. RoamEO fixed the collar and overhauled the handheld at no charge.
Hard to beat that. Thanks RoamEO!"
"My story is not very dramatic but it is proof of the value of your product and of the superiority
of dogs when compared to their "masters" in certain situations. I live on the south coast of Massachusetts near Cape Cod.
There is a park in a near by town that is known for its willingness to let dogs run free. Unfortunately for me, it is also
somewhat of a maze in the sense that once you enter the woods it is very difficult to find your way out. I quickly discovered
that with RoamEO on my dog, Dugan (see attached picture), and with Dugan's innate ability to find his way back to the point
of origin of the walk, it is never a problem. I simply activate RoamEO, let Dugan run, inevitably get separated from him,
and then follow his GPS signal back to the beginning of the run. While my reaction to the separation is to wonder where
he went, Dugan always reacts by going back to the beginning of the walk. With RoamEO that solves two problems: I'm no
longer lost and I'm able to reconnect with my wonderful dog. Thanks for a great product!"

"You asked for feedback on your product. I absolutely love it! I have tried other tracking collars
and had to send them back. They simply didn't work in the Marquette, Michigan area. Yours works better then advertised!
I have had several note worthy experiences but probably my most impressive "find" was this winter. I was out bunny hunting
with my two beagles, right behind my house. The snow was deep and I was having a hard time getting through it on my
snowshoes. The dogs could only go inches at a time, but that didn't slow down their enthusiasm at all. They started following
a bunny trail north and I was keeping an eye on them with my RoamEO. When they were about 1500' away and still heading north,
I knew they were just going to continue going north, obviously no longer on a bunny track. The snow was too deep for me to
attempt to follow them in the snow. I worked my way back to my house, and got into my truck, all the time keeping track of
them on my RoamEO. By this time, they were about a mile and a half to the north and still going. I went north on the road
while I watched them cross the road going west. I finally reached a point on the road where the RoamEO was indicating they
were both about 50' directly west of me. There was a driveway right there, so I turned into the driveway.
Sure enough....there was both of my dogs by my neighbors garage!! I knocked on the door to let the neighbor know what
was going on and took the dogs home.....VERY happy to have been using the RoamEO that day!"
My name is Cody. I have a mind of my own. Since I've been wearing the Roameo collar, I am able to have fun with
other dogs, running and playing. When I decide to run off to the picnic area for leftovers, my family is always able to find me. We love our
Roameo collar.

"Andy (our service manager) , thank you so much for following up with our collar issue and replacing it!
We look forward to doing business with you again. (Andy) has gone above and beyond 'the call of duty' with his impeccable
client service. Many thanks to you and your team."

"RoamEO was EXACTLY what we were looking for. With two acres of wooded and hilly yard it's often hard to
keep a line of sight on our dog and it would have been impractical and expensive to put up a chain link or invisible fence.
Our little hound dog mix is very good at staying in the yard but she occasionally becomes a product of her genetics and will
follow a sent trail or an animal out of the yard. We also had times where she was in the yard, but not responding to our calls.
After searching we all around we would find her in "ears off hunting mode" the other side of the woodpile or down the hill etc.
In either case RoamEO now has us covered. The RoamEO staff was also above and beyond friendly and helpful, two thumbs up!"
