White Bear Technologies offers a one year factory warranty that covers defects and workmanship on all of our products. Service and repair for products under factory warranty can by obtained directly from White Bear Technologies with the condition that your purchase was from an authorized dealer, retailer or web partner. White Bear Technologies will either repair or replace your system under warranty at no charge, usually within one week of receipt at our repair center.

To initiate a service request:

2. Our service representative will provide you with an RMA number that will be used to return your system.

3. Once product is received at our facility, it will be processed promptly and usually shipped back to you within one week.

Returns for credit:
White Bear Technologies offer a thirty day customer satisfaction guarantee on our products. Product must be returned in the original packaging in good working order to receive full credit. Refunds must be issued by the retailer, dealer or web partner from whom the product was originally purchased. White Bear Technologies cannot issue refunds for products not purchased directly from us.
